Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will automatically receive a notification with tracking details. This will include your courier’s estimated delivery time so you can plan ahead with confidence.
Standard Delivery Timeframes
Our typical delivery window is 2–5 working days from the date your order is confirmed (weekends excluded).
Fresh Produce Reminder: Orders placed on Thursdays that include perishable items such as bread, plantains, onions, and other fresh foods will be shipped the following Monday. This ensures that your items arrive in the freshest possible condition.
Receiving Your Order
A responsible adult (18 years or older) must be available to accept delivery. If you are not available, our courier may give you the option to nominate a trusted neighbour or leave the parcel in a secure ‘Safe Place’ of your choice.
Delivery Charges
Delivery fees start at £7.79 and increase gradually depending on the total weight of your shopping basket.
The final delivery charge is calculated at checkout, based on both the weight of your order and your delivery postcode.
A minimum basket surcharge will apply to orders valued under £25.

While we do everything possible to maintain a smooth and reliable delivery service, external factors beyond our control — including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or national postal strikes — may occasionally affect delivery schedules. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and keep you updated until your order arrives.

Next Working Day Delivery – From £9.99. Guaranteed next-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM, Monday–Thursday.
Please be aware that all orders are final once placed. Because we begin processing and scheduling shipments immediately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been confirmed.
