also known as African salad, is a type of food originating with the southeastern part of Nigeria where i come from. It is a product of cassava tubers and a delicious delicacy when made with the original ingredients. Abacha and Ugba also known as African salad is a Cassava based dish from the Igbo tribe of Eastern Nigeria. Abacha is simply dried shredded Cassava while Ugba on the other hand is fermented African oil bean seed.
