If any part of your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us right away at info@mile12afrogroceries.com so we can put things right quickly. Refunds are only available in cases where items are missing or damaged.
Non-Perishable Goods: You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Once 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
Perishable Goods: Fresh items such as bread, plantains, and other produce must be reported within 24 hours of delivery if damaged or missing. Claims made after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
We may request a clear photo to help us assess the issue.
Refunds will be issued either back to your original payment method or as store credit for the affected items.
If you return an item, please note you are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is approved, the return postage will be deducted from your total.
